Andy, from AMG-Lite, is taking over my members section. Now simply put..what this means to you is this:

He will update my members sections weekly.
So, once your a member, you will be able to see current videos and pictures of me….as I train for the USA Championships 2007 . See me has my body changes before your eyes…
